Have you ever seen your dog out on a walk and thought to yourself what a wonderful time they are having and wished you could capture this moment in a photograph?

Studio portraits of dogs can be very nice, but images of dogs on their walks where they like to be really reflect their true character and help create lasting memories that you will want to cherish forever.
Rhian White of Brighton Dog Photography is an outdoor dog photography specialist whose main aim is to capture images of dogs where they are having the most fun. She meets with dogs and their owners in the dog’s favourite place, where they are going to have the best time. That way, the dog’s enjoyment will come through in the images produced. She specialises in natural images of dogs playing, in action or simply enjoying their surroundings. If you would like some tips about dog photography, she has written a brilliant post on her techniques.
Rhian is currently running a competition via her Brighton Dog Photography Facebook page for a free photo shoot for your dog. In fact, the prize involves two separate shoots and is for up to two dogs from the same household. As well as the shoots the winner will receive a 40-page photo book of the best shots and a £30 voucher for prints. There are other prizes too, so check out her page for details. Closing date 14/05/2012.
